EMPHASIS: Troop I Announces Promotion



Captain Randy Becker, Commanding Officer of Troop I, Rolla, announces the following promotion that was effective October 16, 2005.



Trooper Casey A. Jadwin was promoted to the rank of Corporal and designated the Assistant Zone Commander of Zone 2, which patrols Phelps and Maries Counties. Corporal Jadwin is a Dent County native and a 1988 graduate of Salem High School. He also attended East Central Junior College in Union, Missouri. Corporal Jadwin was initially hired by the Highway Patrol in 1994 as a Motor Vehicle Inspection Officer. On January 1, 1996, he was appointed to the Highway Patrol Academy and began his training for the position of trooper. Following his graduation from the academy, Corporal Jadwin was assigned to Phelps and Maries Counties in Troop I. He later transferred to Dent County before his recent promotion to corporal.



Corporal Jadwin is married to Maggie Jadwin (Howard) and they have one child, Charlee Sue.
