EMPHASIS: Troop D Announces Extended Hours At Driver Examination Offices.


Captain Juan Villanueva, Troop D’s commanding officer, announces effective April 26, 2010, driver examination offices in Springfield and Joplin will have extended hours of operation for the public's convenience.

The Joplin examination office, located at 1110 E. 7th Street, will open at 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, remain open through the lunch hour, and close at 5 p.m.

Springfield Park Central office, located on the square, will also open at 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, remain open through lunch hour, and close at 5 p.m.

Captain Villanueva states, "One of my priorities is to ensure a positive and expedient visit to any driver examination office in the 18-county, Troop D region, and the extended hours will help accomplish this."
