EMPHASIS: "Click it or Ticket" enforcement operations





Captain Ronald S. Johnson, Commanding Officer of Troop C, announces the start of the “Click It Or Ticket” enforcement operation. The enforcement operation is a national campaign focusing on seat belt violations. The operation will start on May 22, 2006 and end on June 4. 2006. A survey conducted last year by the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Division showed the Missouri usage rate was 77%, which was below the national average of 82%.
