Due to the extreme winter storm in northwest Missouri, Interstate 29 has been closed from the Iowa state line to Dearborn, Missouri. Motorists are advised to find lodging for the night and check in the morning to see if the interstate has been reopened. Motorists are also encouraged to use the Patrol’s road condition report telephone number before leaving. The road report telephone number is 1-800-222-6400.
This storm is a serious threat to travelers and all travel should be postponed until the storm passes.
