EMPHASIS: Narcotic Arrests in Harrison County
Three Bethany residents have been arrested on felony drug violations. On February 26, 2005, officers from the Troop H Criminal Interdiction Team, Troop H Division of Drug and Crime Control, Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and the Bethany Police Department arrested Casey L. Woodward, age 20 after searching his vehicle and residence. Both methamphetamine and marijuana were located during the search.
On February 27, two additional men were arrested after they attempted to buy two pounds of marijuana in Bethany. Randy J. Flint, age 44 and Randy G. Fletchall, age 41 have been charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver. All three men are being held in the Harrison County Jail.
The charges for which the individuals have been arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
