The fire department is located at the junction of U.S. Highway 160 and U.S. Highway 5 North, in Gainesville, Missouri. There is no fee for the course; however, students are required to preregister online as seating will be limited. Participants are encouraged to bring a snack or sack lunch to the training. Participants who successfully pass the course will be eligible to order a boater safety certification card for $15.

The only 100 percent survivable traffic crash is the one that never happens. Make sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Every day as we travel on Missouri’s roadways, we trust that every driver on the road is going to obey the speed limit, pay attention, and drive sober.
“Don’t Violate The Trust.”
