EMPHASIS:
New Troopers Assigned To Troop E
Captain Jeffrey N. Vitale, commanding officer of Troop E, Poplar Bluff, is pleased to announce the assignment of three new troopers to Troop E. The new troopers were members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 107th Recruit Class that graduated from the Patrol Academy of June 21, 2019.
Trooper Joshua D. Conover, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, has been assigned to Zone 9, which serves the citizens of New Madrid and Pemiscot counties. Trooper Conover is a graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. Trooper Conover is married to Whitney (Engel) Conover. His field training officer will be Corporal Ricky L. Vannada.
Trooper Nicholas A. Frazier, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, has been assigned to Zone 4, which serves the citizens of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, and Scott counties. Trooper Frazier is a graduate of Alton High School, in Alton, Illinois, and has an Associate of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois. Trooper Frazier is married to Erin (Gallacci) and they have two children. Trooper Frazier’s field training officer will be Trooper Ron W. Eakins.
Trooper James P. Lewis, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, has been assigned to Zone 8, which serves the citizens of New Madrid and Pemiscot counties. Trooper Lewis is a graduate of the Lewis Academy in Campbell, Missouri. Trooper Lewis’ field training officer will be Trooper James E. Conway.
