EMPHASIS: Upcoming Graduation
Colonel Michael A. Turner, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, announces that the 125th Recruit Class will graduate from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on Friday, April 10, 2026. The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. at the Patrol Academy’s gymnasium, 1510 East Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO. The graduation ceremony will be live streamed on the Patrol’s Facebook page. The 125th Recruit Class reported to the Academy on January 5, 2026. The new troopers will report to duty in their assigned troops on April 27, 2026.
The Honorable Kelly Broniec, Supreme Court of Missouri, will administer the Oath of Office to the new troopers. The Honorable Mike Kehoe, Missouri Governor, will provide the keynote address and Colonel Turner will also address the class. The Troop F Color Guard will present the colors and Sergeant Andrew A. Henry, Troop H, will perform the national anthem. Pastor Byron Beck, Fellowship General Baptist Church, will provide the invocation and benediction.
