EMPHASIS: Promotion And Transfer At General Headquarters
Colonel Michael A. Turner, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, announces the following promotion and transfer effective October 1, 2026.
Senior Intelligence Analyst Dakota S. Boehmer, Missouri Information and Analysis Center (MIAC), will be promoted to and will serve as the division assistant director of MIAC.
Ms. Boehmer joined the Patrol on June 16, 2022, as a criminal intelligence analyst I - lead for the Courage2Report/Tactical Section of MIAC. On June 16, 2024, she was promoted to criminal intelligence analyst II - lead. Ms. Boehmer was promoted to senior intelligence analyst on June 16, 2025.
Assistant Director Boehmer is a native of Pocahontas, AR, and graduated from Pocahontas High School in May 2017. Ms. Boehmer obtained her degree in criminal justice/forensic science sociology from Columbia College, Columbia, MO, in December 2020.
Lieutenant Nathan D. Wallace, Professional Standards Division, will transfer to the Field Operations Bureau.
Wallace was appointed to the Patrol on July 1, 2009, as a member of the 90th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned Troop A, Zone 10, Saline County. On July 13, 2014, he transferred to Troop A’s commercial vehicle enforcement trooper unit. Wallace transferred to Zone 10, Saline County, on December 25, 2016. On January 21, 2018, he transferred to Troop F as a K-9 officer. Wallace was promoted to corporal on February 1, 2020. On October 1, 2022, he was promoted to sergeant and remained as a K-9 officer. Wallace was promoted to lieutenant on November 1, 2024, and transferred to the Professional Standards Division, General Headquarters, Jefferson City.
Lieutenant Wallace is native of Preston, MO, and graduated from Skyline High School in 2006. He is married and has two children.
