EMPHASIS: Captain Jon Pruiett Announces Promotion
Captain Jon Pruiett, commanding officer of Troop I, Rolla, is pleased to announce the following promotion effective October 1, 2026.
Trooper Keaton P. Hunt has been promoted to the rank of corporal and designated as the assistant supervisor of Zone 9, serving the citizens Crawford County.
Corporal Hunt was appointed to the Patrol on August 3, 2020, as a member of the 110th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop I, Zone 1, serving the citizens of Phelps and Maries counties.
Cpl. Hunt is a graduate of Rolla High School in Rolla, MO. Cpl. Hunt continued his education at Drury University in Springfield, MO, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and psychology.
