EMPHASIS: Troop D Announces Results Of Enforcement Saturation On The Niangua River

Captain Juan Villanueva, commanding officer of Troop D, announces the results of a marine enforcement saturation in Dallas and Laclede counties on the Niangua River on Saturday, July 14, 2018. The goal of this enforcement operation was to detect impaired boaters and other violations that contribute to boating crashes and drownings. The enforcement location was selected based on the high number of drinking- and impairment-related boating crashes, illegal drug usage, underage alcohol consumption, and complaints from the public.

The following is a list of enforcement contacts made by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Department of Conservation during the saturation:
