Troop C Is Seeking Applicants For A Community Alliance Program
Captain Kevin W. Malugen, commanding officer of Troop C, Weldon Spring, MO, announces that Troop C is seeking individuals interested in attending a Community Alliance Program.
The Community Alliance Program will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Troop C Headquarters in Weldon Spring, and offers a unique opportunity for community members to gain an insight and understanding of the training and the many duties that comprise the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Participants will get to meet and interact with troopers and civilian employees of the Patrol. The classroom and practical instruction will cover various topics, including criminal investigations, the Aircraft Division, the Marine Operations Division, a canine demonstration, a motorcycle demonstration, a drone demonstration, and SWAT.
The class is limited to 20 people and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis following a criminal record check. To apply to attend the program, visit the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s website at
www.statepatrol.dps.mo.gov
, click on the “Services” tab, and select the Community/Student Alliance link. Applications will be accepted until the class is filled.
