EMPHASIS: Three New Troopers Assigned To Troop C
Captain Kevin W. Malugen, commanding officer of Troop C, Weldon Spring, is pleased to announce the assignment of three new troopers to Troop C. The new troopers were members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 122nd Recruit Class and graduated from the Patrol Academy on December 20, 2024. The new troopers from the 122nd recruit class will report for duty on January 6, 2024.
Trooper Devin J. Bittick, a native of Florissant, MO, has been assigned to Zone 1, serving the citizens of North St. Louis County. Trooper Bittick is a 2019 graduate of Hazelwood West High School in Hazelwood, MO. After high school, Trooper Bittick joined the United States Marine Corp, where he served as a heavy equipment operator until February 2024. Prior to his employment with the Patrol, Trooper Bittick worked at Sellenriek Energy in Jonesburg, MO.
Trooper WrayVauze L. Givens, a native of Mexico, MO, has been assigned to Zone 10, serving the citizens of Franklin County. Trooper Givens is a 2020 graduate of the Missouri Military Academy in Mexico, MO. After high school, Trooper Givens was employed with the Fulton State Hospital in Fulton, MO.
Trooper Adam C. Moran, a native of Arnold, MO, has been assigned to Zone 13, serving the citizens of Jefferson County. Trooper Moran is a 2015 graduate of Fox High School, in Arnold, MO. After graduating, Trooper Moran attended Truman State University in Kirksville, MO, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications. Prior to his employment with the Patrol, Trooper Moran was employed as a political director for Citizens for Scharf, in Clayton, MO.
