EMPHASIS: Patrol Announces Promotion
Mr. Larry G. Rains, director of the Fleet & Facilities Division, announces the following promotion effective May 28, 2017:
Automotive Technician II William E. Heskett, Q/FFD, is being promoted to Automotive Technician III and will remain assigned to the Fleet & Facilities Division, General Headquarters Garage.
Heskett joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol on March 15, 2011, as an automotive technician assigned to the Fleet & Facilities Division, General Headquarters Garage. Heskett was born in Clinton, MO, and grew up in Iberia, MO. He graduated from Iberia R-V High School in 2005. Heskett attended State Technical College in Linn, MO. Auto. Tech. III Heskett has one daughter, Amelia.
