EMPHASIS: Assignment of New Troopers to Troop G
Captain Garrett J. Loring, commanding officer of Troop G, announces the upcoming assignment of two new troopers following their scheduled graduation from the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 126th Recruit Class on October 16, 2026.
Members of the 126th Recruit Class began their training at the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on April 20, 2026. Upon graduation, Troopers James C. Allen and Seth J. Davidson will be assigned to Troop G.
Trooper James C. Allen will be assigned to Zone 5, which serves Ozark and Douglas counties. Trooper Allen is a native of Mountain Grove, MO, and graduated from Mountain Grove High School in 2016. He is married and has four children.
Tpr. Allen’s field training officer will be Sergeant Logan S. Elliott, and his supervisor will be Sergeant Charley A. Hogue.
Trooper Seth J. Davidson will be assigned to Zone 8, which serves Carter and Reynolds counties. Tpr. Davidson is a native of Grovesprings, MO, and graduated from high school in 2018.
Tpr. Davidson’s field training officer will be Corporal Lucas J. Combs, and his supervisor will be Sergeant Jonathan M. Heimsoth.
