EMPHASIS: Captain Jon Pruiett Announces Promotions

Captain Jon Pruiett, commanding officer of Troop I, Rolla, is pleased to announce the following promotions effective September 1, 2026.

Corporal Jon-Yves Bellers has been promoted to the rank of sergeant and designated as the supervisor of Zone 3, serving Crawford County.

Bellers was appointed to the Patrol on July 1, 2015, as a member of the 101st Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop I, Zone 1, serving the citizens of Phelps and Maries counties. On June 1, 2021, Bellers was promoted to the rank of corporal and served as an assistant supervisor for Zone 2, Phelps and Maires counties.

Sergeant Bellers is a graduate of North Callaway High School in Kingdom City, MO. Bellers continued his education at Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business. Bellers is also a retired 22-year veteran of the Missouri Army National Guard. Sgt. Bellers is married, and he and his wife have two children.

Corporal Ralicia Tyler has been promoted to the rank of sergeant and will continue to serve as Troop I’s public information and education officer.

Tyler was appointed to the Patrol on July 1, 2009, as a member of the 90th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, she was assigned to Troop I, Zone 2, Phelps and Maries counties. Tyler transferred to Troop I’s, commercial vehicle enforcement zone, on April 1, 2017. On August 1, 2021, Tyler was promoted to the rank of corporal and served as an assistant supervisor of the commercial vehicle enforcement zone. She was designated Troop I’s public information and education officer on July 1, 2024.

Sergeant Tyler is a graduate of Willard High School. After graduation, she attended Drury University. Sgt. Tyler is married, and she and her husband have two children.
