EMPHASIS: Promotion At General Headquarters

Colonel Michael A. Turner, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, announces the promotion of Lead Administrative Support Professional Deidra N. Borgmeyer, Field Operations Bureau, effective September 1, 2026. She will be promoted to executive administrative support professional and will remain assigned to the Field Operations Bureau.

Borgmeyer joined the Patrol on August 24, 2005, as a part-time employee and on October 30, 2005, she was hired as a full-time data entry operator in the Traffic Division, General Headquarters, Jefferson City. On February 5, 2006, she transferred to the division’s Patrol Accident Records Section. Borgmeyer was promoted to quality control clerk on October 19, 2006. She was promoted on October 26, 2008, to quality control clerk I. On September 12, 2010, Borgmeyer transferred to the Crime Lab Division, General Headquarters, as a laboratory evidence technician I. She was promoted on September 9, 2012, to laboratory evidence technician II. Borgmeyer briefly left the Patrol and was rehired as a technician for the Patrol Records Division on December 18, 2017. On July 29, 2018, she became a clerk IV for the division. Borgmeyer transferred to the Field Operations Bureau on March 28, 2021, and was assigned as a special assistant.

Borgmeyer graduated from Cole R-5 in Eugene, MO.
