Troop C Announces Promotion
Captain Kevin W. Malugen, commanding officer of Troop C, Weldon Spring, is pleased to announce the following promotion that was effective December 3, 2023.
Radio Operator III Kayleigh M. Troske, has been promoted to assistant chief operator. She began her career with the Highway Patrol on February 1, 2017, as a probationary radio operator. She was promoted to assistant chief operator on December 3, 2023. Assistant Chief Troske earned an associate of science degree from St. Charles County Community College in St. Charles, Missouri, in 2014.
