EMPHASIS: New Troopers Assigned To Troop B

Captain Erik A. Gottman, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, MO, announces Trooper Tucker G. Hilliard, Trooper Tyler J. Davis, and Trooper Dakota L. Little have been assigned to Troop B. Troopers Hilliard, Davis, and Little were members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 123rd Recruit Class that began training on January 1, 2025, and graduated from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on June 18, 2025. Troopers Hilliard, Davis, and Little will report for duty on July 7, 2025.

Trooper Hilliard has been assigned to Zone 8, Marion and Ralls counties. He is a native of Weaubleau, MO, and graduated from Weaubleau High School in Weaubleau, MO. After high school, Trooper Hilliard attended Hannibal LaGrange University in Hannibal, MO. After college he was employed by the Missouri Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer until his employment with the Patrol.

Trooper Davis has been assigned to Zone 10, Monroe and Randolph counties. He is a native of Cairo, MO, and graduated from Northeast R-IV School, in Cairo, MO. After high school, Trooper Davis attended State Technical College of Missouri in Linn, MO, receiving an associate’s degree in civil engineering technology. After college Trooper Davis was employed by Engineering Survey and Services of Columbia, MO, as a Materials Technician.

Trooper Little has been assigned to Zone 11, Monroe and Randolph counties. He is a native of Shelbina, MO, and graduated from South Shelby High School, in Shelbina, MO. After high school, Trooper Little attended the University of Missouri’s Law Enforcement Institute Training where he received his post license. After receiving his post license, Trooper Little was employed by the Shelbina Police Department as a police officer prior his employment with the Patrol.
