EMPHASIS: Troop C Announces Promotion
Captain Kevin W. Malugen, commanding officer of Troop C, Weldon Spring, announces the following promotion effective August 1, 2026.
Trooper Addie D. Pogue is being promoted to the rank of corporal and will be assigned as the assistant zone supervisor of Troop C, Zone 14, serving the citizens of St. Francois and Washington counties.
Pogue was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol on July 1, 2019, as a member of the 108th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop C, Zone 14.
Pogue is a native of Farmington, MO, and graduated from Farmington High School in 2015.
