EMPHASIS: Results Of Hazardous Moving Violation Project In St. Francois County



Captain Ronald S. Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, St. Louis, announces the results of a hazardous moving project conducted in St. Francois County by Troop C.
On Friday, April 10, 2009, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a hazardous moving violation project in St. Francois County.
During the eight-hour operation, officers stopped a total of 42 vehicles. A total of 35 arrests were made and 45 warnings were issued. Among the arrests made, nine were for speeding, 10 for seat belt violations, three for following too close, and 12 summonses were issued for non-moving violations.
