EMPHASIS: Captain Jon Pruiett Announces Assignment Of New Troopers
Captain Jon Pruiett, commanding officer of Troop I, Rolla, is pleased to announce the assignment of three new troopers to Troop I. The troopers were members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 125th Recruit Class, which graduated on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Trooper David J. Creamer, of Falcon, MO, has been assigned to Zone 8, which serves the citizens of Laclede County. In 2009, Trooper Creamer graduated from Columbus Grove High School in Columbus Grove, OH. Prior to joining the Patrol, Trooper Creamer was a deputy with the Camden County Sheriff’s Office in Camdenton, MO.
Trooper Marcus A. Martin, of Lebanon, MO, has been assigned to Zone 5, which serves the citizens of Laclede County. In 2014, Trooper Martin graduated from Camdenton High School in Camdenton, MO. Prior to joining the Patrol, Trooper Martin was a deputy with the Camden County Sheriff’s Office in Camdenton. Trooper Martin served with the Army National Guard from 2015-2021.
Trooper Ry K. Evans, of Lebanon, MO, has been assigned to Zone 5, which serves the citizens of Laclede County. In 2019, Trooper Evans graduated from Lebanon High School. Prior to joining the Patrol, Trooper Evans was a deputy with the Laclede County Sherrif’s Office.
