EMPHASIS: Arnold Driver Examination Station To Close


Captain Ronald S. Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, St. Louis, announces the closing of the Arnold Driver Examination Station located at 3675 West Outer Road, Arnold, Missouri. The station will close on Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at 5 p.m. and will not re-open.
This driver examination station will relocate to the Pevely City Hall Annex building, located at 401 Main Street, Pevely, Missouri. The new station will open on January 5, 2009, at 8 a.m. The business hours at the new location will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The move from the Arnold location to the new Pevely location will represent a savings to the state and allow equal if not greater service for the citizens of Jefferson County.
Also on October 14, 2008, the new driver examination/motor vehicle inspection facility located at 3180 Koch Road, St. Louis, Missouri, opened for business. This new facility houses all aspects of driver examination including administration, driver examination testing, and CDL (commercial driver license) testing. Driver examination hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
