Troop D Announces Promotion
Captain Juan Villanueva, commanding officer of Troop D, Springfield, announces the following promotion effective September 1, 2017:
Clerk Typist III Anita M. (Wallace) Douglas has been promoted to administrative office support assistant to the commanding officer of Troop D.
Douglas joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol on November 12, 2006, as a clerk typist II at the Troop D Headquarters. Douglas was born in Houston, MO, and grew up in Licking, MO, and Houston. She graduated from Houston High School in 1986, and is married to Troop D Communications Operator III Eric Douglas.
