EMPHASIS: Colonel Ron Replogle Announces Promotion

Colonel Ron Replogle, superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, announces the following promotion, which was effective September 1, 2014:

Trooper Chad C. Clark was promoted to the rank of corporal, and will remain in his present assignment within the Aircraft Division, General Headquarters, Jefferson City, MO.

Clark was appointed to the Patrol on May 31, 2005, as a member of the 84th Recruit Class. Upon completing his training at the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop A, Zone 10, Saline County. In August 2008, he transferred to Troop D, Zone 13, Newton and McDonald counties. He transferred to Troop D, Zone 3, Polk County, in May 2011. He was assigned to General Headquarters, Aircraft Division, as a full-time pilot in February 2013.

Corporal Clark grew up in Greenfield, MO. He graduated from Greenfield High School in Greenfield, in 1997. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in aviation science from College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, MO, in 2001. Prior to becoming a member of the Patrol, he worked as an aircraft mechanic at the Springfield Downtown Airport. Cpl. Clark and his wife, Angie, have three children, Wyatt, Colton, and Emma.
