EMPHASIS:
Coordinated Effort In Dent County Leads To Multiple Drug-Related Arrests
Captain Eddie A. Blaylock, commanding officer of Troop I, announces on October 28, 2020, a coordinated effort in Dent County led to several narcotics-related arrests. This effort is a result of a lengthy narcotics investigation conducted by the South-Central Drug Task Force. Arrest teams assisting in these arrests consisted of Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers, officers from the Salem Police Department, and deputies from the Dent County Sheriff’s Department. The following individuals were arrested during this operation:
1. Mersadie Mansfield, 29, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrants for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $50,000 bond.
2. Craig Carter, 46, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $20,000 bond.
3. Tabitha Freeman, 51, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
4. John Frederick, 54, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $20,000 bond.
5. Ronald D. Breeding, 58, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
6. Brian L. Weber, 39, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $50,000 bond.
7. Stephan S. Mock, 34, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
8. Brooke L. Bergen, 32, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
9. Scott E. Mayberry, 41, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
10. Todd W. Harget, 31, of Waynesville, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
11. Dennis E. Loughridge, 31, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $50,000 bond.
12. Levi Cardwell, 31, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrants for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $80,000 bond.
13. Stephanie R. Culberson, 32, of Salem, Missouri, Dent County; warrant for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $30,000 bond.
14. Sheena Hodge, 37, of St. Robert, Missouri, Dent County; warrants for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $60,000 bond.
15. Brandon Terrill, 35, of Salem, Missouri, two Dent County; warrants for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, $100,000 bond.
The charges for which these individuals have been arrested, are mere accusation and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
The South-Central Drug Task Force is a multi-jurisdictional drug task force coordinated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The task force specializes in narcotics-related investigations and is composed of narcotics officers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Phelps County Sheriff’s Department, Rolla Police Department, Dent County Sheriff’s Department, and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department.
