EMPHASIS:
One New Trooper Assigned To Troop H
Captain Shawn P. Skoglund, commanding officer of Troop H, St. Joseph, is pleased to announce the assignment of a new trooper to Troop H. The new trooper was a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 118th Recruit Class that graduated from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on December 22, 2023. The new trooper will report for duty, in his respective assignment, on January 8, 2024.
Trooper Robert K. Mott, a native of Mount Pulaski, Illinois, has been assigned to Zone 1, which serves the citizens of Atchison and Holt counties. In 2020, Trooper Mott graduated from Mount Pulaski High School in Mount Pulaski, Illinois. Trooper Mott’s field training officer will be Trooper Vince P. Wiley.
