EMPHASIS: Patrol's Division of Drug And Crime Control Investigates Custodial Death


On November 17, 2010, the St. Joseph Police Department contacted the Missouri State Highway Patrol and requested an investigation into the custodial death of a subject who had been arrested in the early morning hours of November 17, 2010. The suspect died after arriving at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center. The Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control is conducting the investigation.
