Patrol Seeks Public Help In Locating Armed And Dangerous Man
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Heath B. Miller, 25, of Rector, Arkansas. Miller is 5 feet 10 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes and weighs 218 pounds. Miller has warrants for his arrest from Dunklin and Ripley counties, charging him with 1st degree rape, 1st degree kidnapping and 1st degree assault.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., on March 13, 2017, Miller is suspected of breaking into a home in Ripley County and stealing a handgun. Miller should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. If Miller is observed, contact the Missouri State Highway Patrol or call your local law enforcement agency. Homeowners in the Grandin, Missouri, area are encouraged to keep their doors, outbuildings, and vehicles locked.
Anyone found to be aiding Miller will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
