EMPHASIS: Promotion of Officer





Captain D.A. Schmidt, Commanding Officer, Troop F, Missouri State Highway Patrol, announced that effective November 13, 2005, Trooper Jason J. Cluver, badge #372, formerly of Latham, Illinois, was promoted to the rank of Corporal. He will assume the responsibilities of Assistant Zone Supervisor of Zone 7, Cooper and Howard Counties.



Corporal Cluver is a 1993 graduate of Warrensburg-Latham High School and a 1997 graduate of Western Illinois University, MaComb, Illinois, with a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and justice administration.

Corporal Cluver became employed with the Missouri State Highway Patrol on February 1, 1998 and after graduation from the Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy was assigned to Troop E, Zone 13, Madison/Iron Counties. In September 2003, he transferred to Troop F, Zone 1, Cole/Callaway Counties and served in that zone until his promotion.



Corporal Cluver is married to the former Cora Forsyth of Fredericktown, Missouri and they have two children.
