EMPHASIS: New Troopers For Troop G


Captain Dwayne F. Isringhausen, commanding officer of Troop G, Willow Springs, announces the assignment of two officers to Troop G:

Trooper Paul Volkmer has been assigned to Zone 6, southern Howell and Oregon counties. Volkmer is a native of Rolla, Missouri, and is a graduate of Rolla High School. He holds an associate’s degree in drafting/design from East Central College, Rolla, Missouri.

Trooper Paul Wells has been assigned to Zone 4, Carter and Reynolds counties. Wells is a native of Salem, Missouri, and a graduate of Salem High School. He holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Southwest Baptist University, Salem, Missouri. Trooper Wells is married to the former Terra White.

Troopers Volkmer and Wells were both members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 91st Recruit Class. Members of the Patrol's 91st Recruit Class graduated from the Missouri Law Enforcement Academy on Friday, July 23, 2010, in Jefferson City, Missouri. They reported to the Academy on February 1, 2010.
