EMPHASIS: Troop B Transfers


Captain James E. Wilt, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, announces the following transfers in the Troop B area, effective May 1, 2011.
Trooper Lane P. Quinn will transfer from Troop B, Zone 4, Putnam and Sullivan counties, to Zone 3, Linn and Chariton counties. He is a native of Salisbury, Missouri, and graduated from Salisbury High School. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Trooper Quinn was appointed to the Patrol on January 16, 2009, and after graduating from the Patrol Academy was assigned to Troop B, Zone 4. He is married to Amanda (Gladbach) Quinn, a native of Mendon, Missouri.
Trooper Trent J. Haley will transfer from Troop B, Zone 4, Putnam and Sullivan counties, to Zone 5, Adair and Schuyler counties. He is a native of Carterville, Illinois, and graduated from Carterville High School. He holds a bachelor's degree in administration of justice with a minor in marketing from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Trooper Haley was appointed to the Patrol on January 7, 2007, and after graduating from the Patrol Academy was assigned to Troop B, Zone 4.
Trooper Elyse J. Ruckenbrod will transfer from Troop C, Zone 4, St. Louis and Jefferson counties, to Troop B, Zone 11, Monroe and Randolph counties. She is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, and graduated from Mehlville Senior High School. She holds a bachelor's degree in justice systems from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. Trooper Ruckenbrod was appointed to the Patrol on January 8, 2006, and after graduating from the Patrol Academy was assigned to Troop C, Zone 4.
Trooper Chad M. Dollard will transfer from Troop C, Zone 5, Lincoln and Pike counties, to troop B, Zone 4, Putnam and Sullivan counties. He is a native of Alden, New York, and graduated from Alden Central High School. He holds an associate's degree in criminal justice from Genesee Community College in Batavia, New York. Trooper Dollard was appointed to the Patrol on January 6, 2008, and after graduating from the Patrol Academy was assigned to Troop C, Zone 5.
