EMPHASIS: Criminal Enforcement Results


Captain Duane L. Robinson, Commanding Officer of Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the results of a criminal interdiction enforcement program.
On February 6, 2009, Troop H conducted a criminal interdiction enforcement operation designed to focus on criminal activity upon the highway. Three troopers were assigned to the ten-hour operation. The officers worked on Interstate 35 in Daviess County.
Troopers made five arrests and 33 warnings. The arrest totals included, two speed violations, one uninsured motorist, one misdemeanor drug arrest and one felony drug arrest.
Troopers stopped 22 noncommercial vehicles and two commercial vehicles.
