EMPHASIS: Troop D To Participate In Brake Safety Week



The Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in conjunction with the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) will participate this year in the “Brake Safety Awareness Week”, scheduled for August 26 through September 1, 2007.
“Brake Safety Awareness Week” is an educational outreach program designed to train companies, drivers, and mechanics about proper brake adjustment limits and air brake system inspection.
Troop D invites all trucking companies who would like to participate in the program to contact Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer Dave Barnhart at the Highway Patrol scales in Joplin at (417) 629-3144.
