EMPHASIS: Troop E Announces "Brake Awareness Truck Check"



Captain George E. Ridens, commanding officer of Troop E, announces the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division will conduct a four hour “Brake Awareness Truck Check” at MoDOT District 10 Headquarters from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on August 30, 2007, on U.S. Highway 61 north of Sikeston. This check will be in conjunction with the CVSA “Brake Awareness Week” where drivers are shown how to measure brake adjustment.
