EMPHASIS: Patrol Announces New Safe Driving Program
Captain Randy L. Becker, commanding officer of Troop I, is pleased to announce the availability of the Patrol’s newest traffic safety program entitled, “How to Save a Life”. The highlight of this presentation is the Patrol’s latest video production, which combines photographs, contemporary music and powerful testimonies from traffic crash victims and family members. The 16-minute video clearly shows how lives could be saved if motorists would buckle-up and concentrate on paying attention, not speeding and avoid driving if impaired.
Captain Becker stated, “Education is an important element of traffic safety. I encourage groups, clubs and schools to contact Sergeant Dan Crain, Troop I Public Information and Education Officer at 573-368-2345, to schedule this program.” This and all other safety and educational programs by the Patrol are offered at no cost.
