EMPHASIS: Results Of DWI Checkpoint/Saturations In Camden And Miller Counties


Captain Gregory D. Kindle, commanding officer, Troop F Headquarters, Jefferson City, announced today the results of driving while intoxicated checkpoint and saturation that were held in Camden County on September 13, 2013 and Miller County on September 21, 2013. A total of 340 vehicles were stopped during the operations. The following is a list of enforcement contacts for the Camden County checkpoint:

0 -- DWI Arrests
1 -- Non-Moving Violation
1 -- Insurance Violation
8 -- Misdemeanor Drug Arrests
21 -- Warnings
301 -- Vehicles Stopped

The enforcement contacts for the Miller County saturation are as follows:

1 -- DWI Arrest
3 -- Speed Arrests
1 -- Careless And Imprudent Driving Arrest
6 -- Seat Belt Arrests
4 -- Non-Moving Violations
2 -- Revoked/Suspended License Arrests
7 -- Insurance Violations
2 -- Misdemeanor Warrant Arrests
1 -- Felony Warrant Arrest
33 -- Warnings
39 -- Vehicles Stopped

The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure
everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel
