EMPHASIS: Driver Examiner Offices Closed For Holiday

Captain Scott A. Shipers, commanding officer of Troop A, Lee’s Summit, announces the following driver examination stations will be closed on Thursday, December 24, 2015:

1. Harrisonville Driver Examination Station, due to Cass County Courthouse closing.

2. Clinton Driver Examination Station, due to Clinton Housing Authority closing.

3. Richmond Driver Examination Station, due to Ray County Courthouse closing.

All of the aforementioned stations will resume normal operating hours on Monday, December 28, 2015. Patience and understanding from the public is and will be greatly appreciated.

Approximately 63 percent of Missouri fatal crash victims who are required to be restrained are NOT at the time of the traffic crash. The Patrol urges motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Join us in supporting the Drive To Zero Highway Deaths. Watercraft operators should ensure everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life And Wear It!!
