EMPHASIS: Motorcycle Skills Test Temporarily Suspended At Poplar Bluff Driver Examination Station


Captain George E. Ridens, commanding officer of Troop E, Poplar Bluff, announces that the motorcycle skills portion of the testing process will be temporarily suspended at the Poplar Bluff Driver Examination Station on October 3, 2014, due to another event at the site. Written examinations and Class E and Class F skills tests will be offered as normally scheduled. Motorcycle skills testing will resume at Poplar Bluff on Monday, October 6, 2014. Alternate motorcycle testing sites/times are listed below (when pavement is dry).

Friday, October 3
Cape Girardeau -- 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Malden -- 10 a.m.

In support of "The Drive To ZERO Highway Deaths," the Patrol encourages motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint.
