EMPHASIS: Results Of DWI Saturation In Buchanan County


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the results of a driving while intoxicated saturation held on December 10, 2010, in Buchanan County.
Troopers issued 24 summonses, arrested five persons for driving while intoxicated, and made six arrests for criminal misdemeanor offenses. Troopers also issued 136 warnings during the eight-hour operation.
Captain Robinson stated, “Removing dangerous impaired drivers is a priority of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.”
Motorists are encouraged to report impaired drivers by using the Patrol’s emergency telephone numbers: 1-800-525-5555 or *55 for cellular customers.
