EMPHASIS: Results Of "Ten Mile Trooper" Project In Troop F.


Captain Greg D. Kindle, commanding officer, Troop F Headquarters, Jefferson City, announced today the results of the “Ten Mile Trooper” saturations that were held on Interstate 70 in Boone, Cooper and Montgomery counties. The projects were held on May 28, 2010 and May 31, 2010. During the operations a total of 185 vehicles were stopped. The following is a list of enforcement contacts during the operation:

Seat Belt - 17
Child Restraint - 1
Following Too Closely - 3
Other HMV - 3
Non Moving - 19
Driver’s License - 8
Uninsured Motorist - 6
Misdemeanor Drugs - 1
Other Misdemeanor Criminal - 1
Warnings - 244
Stranded Motorists Assists - 10
