EMPHASIS: Troop H Announces DWI Saturation

Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H, in St. Joseph, announces that sometime during the month of September, a driving while intoxicated saturation will be held in Nodaway County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol will conduct the saturation. A total of four troopers will be assigned to the eight-hour operation.
Nodaway County has been identified as a county with a higher frequency of alcohol-related traffic crashes in Troop H.

Captain Robinson urges the public to report all impaired drivers. To report unsafe driving, motorists can use the Patrol’s emergency telephone numbers. They are 1-800-525-5555 or, on a cellular phone, *55.

The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life and Wear It!!!
