EMPHASIS: Troop H Announces Click It Or Ticket Enforcement Project Results

A total of 15 citations and 37 warnings were issued in conjunction with a Click It or Ticket seat belt enforcement operation conducted in Nodaway County on May 25, 2016. Totals from this enforcement effort include:

5--speed citations
3--seat belt citations
3--nonmoving violation citations
4--uninsured motorist citations

“Motorists traveling on Missouri’s roadways can expect that members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol will be striving to keep our roadways safe through strict enforcement," said Captain James McDonald. "Always pay attention to the task of driving, and please wear your seat belt at all times.”

The only 100 percent survivable traffic crash is the one that never happens. Make sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Every day as we travel on Missouri's roadways, we trust that every driver on the road is going to obey the speed limit, pay attention, and drive sober.
"Don't Violate The Trust."
