EMPHASIS: Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (S.T.E.P.) Operation In Jackson County


Lieutenant Robert L. Powell, commanding officer of Troop A, announces a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (S.T.E.P.) Operation will be held in Jackson County during the month of June. The operation will concentrate on hazardous moving violations, with a special emphasis on aggressive driving.
Lieutenant Powell stated, “Our goal is making the roadways safer for the motoring public by concentrating enforcement efforts on violations that cause vehicle crashes and place other motorists in danger.”
