EMPHASIS: Drugs/Money Seized, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop D.


On Friday, November 28, 2008, an eastbound 1994 Peterbuilt was stopped by a trooper for following too closely on Interstate 44 at the 75-mile marker, in Greene County. The trooper became suspicious while talking to the driver and reviewing his paperwork. A canine sniff of the exterior of the trailer resulted in a positive alert. A search of the trailer found approximately 2,751 pounds of marijuana concealed in the loaded trailer. Also seized during the traffic stop was $2,000 in cash.

The driver, Bismarck A. Aguilar, 42, of Cucamunga, CA, was arrested for drug trafficking and released to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.

The charge for which the above person is accused is mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of this charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence.
