EMPHASIS: Results Of Sobriety Checkpoint Conducted In Franklin County


Captain Ronald S. Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, St. Louis, announces the results of a sobriety checkpoint conducted in Franklin County by Troop C officers.
On May 2, 2009, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Missouri 30 just east of the Meramec River in Franklin County, Missouri.
As a result of the checkpoint, a total of 29 arrests were made and 51 warnings were issued. Of those arrests, four individuals were arrested for driving while intoxicated.
