EMPHASIS: Macon Driver Examination Station Closed On Thursday, February 11, 2016

Captain James E. Wilt, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, announces that the Macon Driver Examination Station, located at 1716 Prospect Drive (Suite D) in Macon, Missouri, will be closed on Thursday, February 11, 2016, due to office renovations. Testing will be administered on that date at the Brookfield Driver Examination Station, located in the Municipal Building, at 116 W. Brooks Street, Brookfield, Missouri. Testing hours are 9:30 a.m. to noon, and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Macon Driver Examination Station will reopen on Thursday, February 18, 2016.
Approximately 63 percent of Missouri fatal crash victims who are required to be restrained are NOT at the time of the traffic crash. The Patrol urges motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Join us in supporting the Drive To Zero Highway Deaths. Watercraft operators should ensure that everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life And Wear It!!
