EMPHASIS: Results Of DWI Saturation In Buchanan County


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the results of a driving while intoxicated saturation held on December 11, 2009, in Buchanan County.
Troopers issued eight summonses, arrested two persons for driving while intoxicated, and made one arrest for a criminal misdemeanor offense. Troopers also issued 47 warnings during the eight-hour operation.
Captain Robinson stated, “The holidays are a time for families and a good way to protect them is to remove impaired drivers from the roadways.”
