EMPHASIS: Troop G Releases Checkpoint Results


Captain Dwayne F. Isringhausen, commanding officer of Troop G, releases the following information:

A total of 168 arrests and 83 warnings were issued in conjunction with hazardous vehicle conditions/safety checkpoints conducted in Shannon County. The checkpoints were held on July 22, 23, 24, and 25, near the intersection of Missouri Route 19 and Missouri Route A. Totals from these checkpoints include:

1 -- DWI arrest
88 -- Seat belt summonses
14 -- Driver’s license summonses
7 -- Non-moving summonses
23 -- no-insurance summonses
5 -- Felony drug arrests
1 -- Felony warrant arrest
2 -- Other felony arrests
22 -- Misdemeanor drug arrests
1 -- Misdemeanor warrant arrest
3 -- Other misdemeanor criminal offense arrests
1 -- Minor-in-possession summons
