EMPHASIS: Marijuana Cultivation Arrest In Miller County


On August 7, 2007, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F Eradication Team arrested George R. Mace, 59, of Olean, Missouri, for felony cultivation of marijuana.
Mr. Mace was arrested after troopers conducted an investigation that located 27 cultivated marijuana plants in an outdoor growing operation. Mr. Mace is being held in the Miller County Jail until bond is set.
The charge for which Mr. Mace was arrested is a mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of this charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
